Refund Policy

E-commerce customers can request a full refund for a product if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of making the purchase. Unfortunately, databahn does not offer refunds or exchanges beyond the 24 hour period of time.

To be eligible for a return, you must agree to delete and destroy all paper and electronic copies of the files and electronically sign our Refund Policy Agreement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
